By using our services or accessing the Connecteam app, employees and contractors agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

2. Employee Conduct

All staff must:

- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

- Treat clients, coworkers, and property with respect.

- Follow safety procedures and company policies.

3. Use of Company Property

Any equipment, uniforms, or devices provided must be used responsibly and returned in good condition.

4. Confidentiality

Employees must not share client information, addresses, or personal details outside of work purposes.

5. Scheduling & Pay

Schedules are managed through Connecteam. Pay terms are set by Midwest Real Home Cleaning LLC and may be updated with notice.

6. Liability

The company is not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during work unless negligence is proven.

7. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in disciplinary action or termination of employment.

This is not a contract; it is a required policy agreement for all employees .
